Porcelain figurine of a young girl in an elegant, sleeveless printed dress in the shades of dove grey color. It consists of a ruffled top and a flounced skirt adorned using the same print and bordered in the same color. Fedora is also wearing white stockings and pearl grey dolly shoes. Her hair is pulled back in a particular hairstyle kept with a lacy bow. She is sitting on a stair, her legs are partially crossed while she looks into the distance, a hand over the other. Fedora might be thinking of her childhood days.
Fedora is limited edition, meaning that there is not a pre-fixed amount of copies, but that this particular figurine has been produced only over the year 2019. Her name is painted on the surface of the figurine, along with the reference year and a serial number. These writings are then baked with the color in the kiln for the third firing to be imprinted on the surface. This process is a guarantee of authenticity and quality.

Every product created by Sibania is unique both concerning the realization process of every single piece and the production technology, which boasts its being inimitable by others. Each item is hand made and hand painted in our workshop, set in Vicenza (Italy). All clothes are made of thin, porcelain layers on which different kinds of textures are impressed. These layers are cutted according to the characteristics of every single template. They are successively carefully applied on the figurine body. Hairstyles are also handcrafted depending on each figurine’s unique features. Faces, clothes and accessories are painted on the biscuit with non-toxic colors. The piece is eventually baked one last time (“third firing”). Any additional details such as violin strings or the Vespa kickstands are then applied on the finished piece.
